Thoughtful
Museum Exhibition Identity
2020

Obsession is a state of mind where our thoughts keep running in a circle and our soul appears to be possessed by this never-ending cycle. Overthinking, nitpicking, and questioning oneself repeatedly trap our minds and we lose the connection we have with the people we love and the world around us. Obsession can take control of our lives and creates an imbalance in our psyche.
Getting stuck in the cycle of obsessive thoughts is like taking a train to nowhere and getting lost in the world inside your head. Sometimes times due to these intrusive thoughts one can physically or mentally cause pain to themselves. People with obsession can live a normal life but if the object of their obsession is taken away from them they can lose all their hope and get permanently stuck in their cycle of thoughts. The exhibition focuses
on the unhealthy obsession over thoughts.
